Rainwater Harvesting

Rainwater harvesting is the collection of rain from a roof like surface and redirected to a pit or tank. The rainwater harvesting system is one of the best methods practised and followed to support the conservation of water.

Irrigation is the process of applying controlled amount of water to water landscape plants and lawns plus assist production of crops by bringing in water from pipes, sprinklers, or other man-made means, rather than relying on rainfall. Drip irrigation is a great system that has the potential to save water and nutrients by allowing water to drip slowly to the roots of plants.

Irrigation is already used widely for cropland because of its great benefits and is becoming more popular for landscapes and gardens.
