Oakham Castle

We have been working closely with Rutland County Council and Historic England to restore the medieval gardens at Oakham Castle.  We have created a stone sundial, grass horseshoe seat and willow weave planting beds.

To create accessible access for all resin bound pathways have been installed around the seating and planting beds.

Wing Maze

We work with Rutland County Council to manage and maintain Wing Maze.

Wing Maze is turf-cut and situated on the edge of the village of Wing beside Glaston Road.  It is a unicursal labyrinth, roughly 12m in diameter.

Wing Maze is one of eight remaining turf labyrinths in England and could be as old as 2500 years.

DIY SOS - Big Build

Following an emotional interview by John Borge, Army Veteran on morning breakfast television, we decided to take up the call from the DIY SOS Team and Adam Frost by volunteering for their most ambitious project to date in Manchester.

The DIY SOS Team has transformed 2 derelict streets in Newton Heath, Manchester into a community for Army veterans and their families. In addition they have created a drop in centre supported by the charity Walking with the Wounded providing therapy and counselling at the advice centre, with training and employment opportunities also on offer.

Get Busy Living Centre

The Team took part in landscaping the grounds of Matt Hampson's Get Busy Living Centre located just outside Burrough on the hill. The brief was to create a fully assessable outdoor entertaining space.

The centre was built as part of Matt Hampson Foundation to support people who have been affected by a life changing injury and provides a place to socialise ,  exercise and provides rehabilitation.
